Christmas Services:
24 Dec: Christmas Eve Eucharist at St Catharine’s, 11 am
24 Dec: Mince pies and sherry at St Mary’s, 10 pm
24 Dec: Midnight Mass at St Mary’s 11:15 pm
25 Dec: Joint family service at St Catharine’s, 10:00 am
28 Dec: Joint service of the Word at St Catharine’s, 10:30 am
Midweek Services: Morning Prayer will be said on Tuesday in St Catharine’s at 9:45 am. There will be no morning prayer at St Mary’s this week as we will have a Christmas Eve Eucharist at St Catharine’s at 11 am on Wednesday. There will be no morning prayer in the week after Christmas as Amy Jo is on leave. We will start again on Tuesday, 6 January with morning prayer at St Catharine’s at 9:45 am followed by a Midweek Eucharist, 10:15 am immediately following morning prayer and morning prayer at St Mary’s on Wednesday 7 January at 9:45 am.
Next Vestry Meetings: There are no vestry meetings this month. St Mary’s vestry will next meet at Lyndsay’s house on Tuesday, 13 January at 12:30 pm. St Catharine’s vestry will meet after the service on Sunday, 18 January.
Kersiebank Community Project: The foodbank is in need of the following: tinned peas, soup, baked beans, spaghetti hoops, hot dogs, meatballs, chopped tomatoes, custard and tinned fruit; dried pasta and rice; sweets for children and crisps. If everyone could give five of the above list it would be a brilliant help.
