St Andrew’s Day, National Call to Prayer

‘Pray for Scotland’ are calling for the Church in Scotland to unite to pray for the nation on Friday 30th November, St Andrew’s Day.  These are days of great uncertainty for the United Kingdom and for Scotland; these are days when the Church, in a way it hasn’t had to do for a long time, has to stand up and fill in the gaps in providing care for the community created by the long period of austerity we are in; these are days, like all days, when we need to pray.

As part of this St Mary’s and St Catharine’s will be open from 1-4pm for prayer on Friday 30th.  There is no set programme, you can just come and go as you are able, but please join us and others in praying for our nation and communities.
